Thank you for visiting and shopping at evmphysio.com, operated by EVM PHYSIOTHERAPY LTD. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard shipping options within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): * Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50.00).
  • Express Shipping (Tracked): * Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
    • Cost: £6.99.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. EVM PHYSIOTHERAPY LTD is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the dispatch email. You can use this number to track your recovery equipment until it reaches your door.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

(If you plan to ship internationally, keep the following clause. If UK only, you can delete this paragraph): For international orders, shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that delivery times for international orders typically range from 7 to 14 business days.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EVM PHYSIOTHERAPY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our massage guns and foam rollers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately at support@evmphysio.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If it is still missing after 48 hours from the “delivered” status, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
